7N win consent for Jordanhill
7N Architects’ residential proposals for CALA’s re-development of the former Jordanhill Campus in Glasgow have received detailed planning approval from Glasgow City Council’s Planning Committee which voted 12 to 2 in favour of the development following a 6 hour hearing.
The proposals will deliver 406 new homes in Glasgow’s West End which will be woven into the historic landscape and the extensive new parkland, designed in collaboration with Horner + Maclennan. The project will also safeguard the future of the Category B Listed David Stow Building and the historic Graham and Douglas buildings which will be converted into apartments.
Construction is due to commence next year.
