Construction of our scheme for 86 student apartments on Buccleuch Street in Edinburgh has reached practical completion.

The scheme infills a long term gap in the streetscape, replacing the less significant rear areas of the Category A listed former Odeon cinema on Clerk Street. The project has secured the future of the cinema’s auditorium and foyer for reuse as a cultural venue.

The project was developed with Cruden Homes and Hart Builders, for Empiric Student Property.
