We’re pleased to see work progressing on site for Phase Two of Fraser Avenue. Phase 2 consists of 61 homes of the total 153 homes which will have been created by the end of the 5 phase construction.

7N have been working since 2014 with Fife Council, Kingdom Housing Association and Campion Homes on the transformation of Fraser Avenue, a mid-20th century housing estate in Inverkeithing. The regeneration of Fraser Avenue has been driven by an extensive engagement process with local residents, providing a total of 189 new homes. Constructed of high quality materials, the masterplan and placemaking framework ensures every space has a clear purpose and a defined sense of ownership, creating a new neighbourhood woven into the social and physical fabric of the area.
