We kicked-off the first phase of construction for our project at Western Harbour, Edinburgh, in 2022.

Western Harbour is the product of many years of development as we worked closely with Forth Ports and City of Edinburgh to create proposals for and overcome the many challenges of working on the reclaimed land of this brownfield site.

Ultimately, this project will create a new waterfront neighbourhood of over 2000 homes with schools, a large new park and all the amenities that residents will need part of our ‘20-minute city’ approach to masterplanning.

For the first phase of 118 homes on Plot P1, we strongly emphasised the public realm and the spaces between the buildings to encourage the first residents to inhabit and activate their environment.

Western Harbour Plot P1 is scheduled to complete in late 2023.
