As we make our first steps into 2023, here at 7N Architects we’re looking forward to seeing a number of really interesting projects reach completion this year. Over the course of January, we’ll highlight four of these, starting with our design for Rowanbank Gardens.

Scheduled for completion in Autumn 2023, this project will create 126 high quality new residences in the west of Edinburgh, including 32 affordable homes, designed around a shared courtyard garden.

Our approach for Rowanbank Gardens was driven by a desire to create a vibrancy and density within mixed tenure family living. A large communal garden for residents is the open heart of the scheme, while varied roofscapes both acknowledge and relate with the diverse mix of neighbouring buildings.
