Jordanhill Park secured the ‘Housing Development of the Year (Large)’ at the Scottish Home Awards and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our client, Cala Group Limited, and the entire design team for their contributions throughout this fantastic project.

Jordanhill Park is an extensive collection of residences across the site of the former Jordanhill College campus, in the West End of Glasgow. With over 200 homes already delivered, the entire development will create 406 new homes delivered through a mix of townhouses, apartments, detached houses, and refurbished listed buildings.
