Hart Builders have started on site on the construction of the Westfield Avenue affordable housing scheme for Dunedin Canmore Housing Association.

The mixed use development comprising 193 new, mixed tenure, homes, small business workspace and a new public footbridge across the Water of Leith will be completed in early 2012.
