This project meets the need for additional family housing in Inverkeithing, providing 16 affordable homes around a unique new community green at Manse Road. Centred on a new place for the community to gather and play, this development for Kingdom Housing Association blends perfectly into the area. The pitched roof and modulated dormers are a response to existing nearby buildings as well as the sloping topography of the site, which is laid out to maximise the impact of the stunning easterly views over the three bridges spanning the Firth of Forth. With their distinctive character and seamless integration into the surrounding landscape, these will be much loved family homes for generations to come.
