Working with Cruden Homes (East) and Hart Builders, our proposal for student apartments to the rear of the Category A listed former Odeon cinema on Clerk Street in Edinburgh has started on site.

The scheme, which will include 86 bedrooms along with student support spaces, will replace a number of derelict outbuildings and infill an unsightly gap site on Buccleuch Street.

Demolition work is now underway and construction is programmed to start later in the year.
