We have recently been appointed to develop an affordable housing masterplan for Fraser Avenue in Inverkeithing.

We will be working closely with local stakeholders, the community and our client Fife Council to develop a placemaking and regeneration focussed masterplan that seeks to transform Fraser Avenue into a desirable place to live and home to a thriving mixed community.
