Work is progressing on the Category B Listed David Stow Building at Jordanhill, Glasgow for CALA Homes. The building, built in 1917 as a teacher training college and later owned by the University of Strathclyde, is being completely refurbished: external stonework repairs and conservation work is ongoing, replacement windows are being fitted, and roof repairs continue. Internally, demolition and strip out work continues and dry lining shell and core work has begun. The refurbished building will provide 64 new homes as part of the wider Jordanhill Campus project.
