We’re currently on site with a number of residential projects across Scotland, delivering over 500 much-needed homes in a range of tenures.

The Foundry, Cathcart, for Cala Homes (West), is transforming a redundant industrial site into a sustainable neighbourhood of 254 homes across five buildings, set within landscaped area. Designed around 20-minute neighbourhood principles, the development promotes high-density living with strong connections to the local community and surrounding infrastructure.

On site, the Light Gauge Steel Frame system is enabling rapid progress, while a Ground Source Heat Pump system providing renewable energy is being installed across the site. With a fabric-first approach and a focus on long-term sustainability, The Foundry will deliver a resilient, low-carbon community for Glasgow’s south side.
