Delivering homes across Scotland

We’re currently on site with a number of residential projects across Scotland, delivering over 500 much needed homes in a range of tenures. Over the next few days we’ll be looking in more detail at progress on some of these exciting builds.

The team are thrilled to see Salamander Yards move into the next stage, with construction starting on site imminently. This exciting development will bring 99 new homes to Leith’s previously industrial Salamander Street, with 35% designated as affordable, contributing to the ongoing regeneration of the area.

Positioned on the edge of Leith Links, the development is designed to integrate with the Leith Connections active travel project, creating a sustainable, connected, and vibrant community. Following the completion of demolition in August, construction work will commence with Cruden Evantyr Ltd who will deliver a project that balances thoughtful design with lasting social impact.

The recent demolition has even revealed some interesting graffiti!
