Demolition has begun at Fraser Avenue in Inverkeithing, Fife in preparation for the development of 53 new affordable homes for Kingdom Housing Association.

The project forms Phase One of the Fraser Avenue Masterplan, which will replace an unsuccessful mid 20th Century flatted development with a series of terraced designs developed by 7N in consultation with existing residents, the local community and Fife Council.
