The first 6-house terrace of our Fraser Avenue project in Inverkeithing, Fife, is nearing completion - with a further 10 terraces quickly following.

The regeneration of Fraser Avenue has been driven by an extensive engagement process with local residents, providing a total of 189 new homes. Constructed of high quality materials, the masterplan and placemaking framework ensures every space has a clear purpose and a defined sense of ownership, creating a new neighbourhood woven into the social and physical fabric of the area.
