7N’s mixed use masterplan for Phase One of the International Business Gateway in West Edinburgh has been submitted for planning approval.

The project will create a business-led development which moves away from the business park model by establishing an urban environment which is defined by a high quality network of streets, spaces and landscape within the city edge setting.

The 2.25M sqft of built space will be clustered around a tram stop which directly connects the development to Edinburgh City Centre and the adjacent Edinburgh Airport.

The masterplan has been developed by 7N in collaboration with Horner+Maclennan, landscape architects, for the IBG Stakeholders, New Ingliston Limited, Murray Estates Lothian Limited and FSH Airport (Edinburgh) Services Limited.
