Jordanhill Park has recently marked the completion of its first year on-site. The proposals for over 400 homes are set within landscaped parkland and comprise, 137 new homes and 165 new build apartments. An additional 104 new apartments are to be created within the retained and refurbished David Stow Building, Graham House and Douglas House.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
