We’ve recently received detailed planning permission for three new shops at Fraser Avenue in Inverkeithing. The shops are a key part of our estate regeneration project at Fraser Avenue with Kingdom Housing Association and Fife Council, and will allow three local retailers – all with an established association to Fraser Avenue - to continue serving the local community.

The design of the shops has been conceived from outset as having a strategic civic significance, creating a new public amenity.

The Development is being delivered by Campion Homes, with construction due to commence later in the year.
