Planning Success for The Foundry at Inverlair Avenue
We are delighted that ‘The Foundry’ at Inverlair Avenue in Glasgow for Cala Homes West has been granted planning permission. The project will transform a redundant industrial site in the south of Glasgow into a verdant landscape.
The proposals deliver 5 buildings within a landscaped setting which brings environmental and ecological benefits to the surroundings. Following the principles of a 20-minute neighbourhood, the project promotes high-density development with connections to the local community and existing infrastructure.
