★ It was exciting to join Clyde Gateway at UK Reiif in May for the launch of our Clyde Gateway Innovation masterplan, a transformative £500 million regeneration masterplan for the East End of Glasgow.

★ Rowanbank Gardens for Artisan Real Estate Limited and the The Wheatley Group, LLC received a commendation in the Best Project category at the RTPI Scotland Awards for Planning Excellence and was also shortlisted for the 2025 EAA Awards for Architecture – Large Project Award; and was selected as the cover image for the City of Edinburgh’s new Design Guidance.

★ Project completions including 152 new rooftop apartments at New Eidyn for Native Land and Nuveen Real Estate and the Shawfield Grid, high-value manufacturing units for Clyde Gateway.

★ The first residents moved into Western Harbour Phase 1 for CCG (Scotland) Ltd and the City of Edinburgh Council, just in time for Christmas, marking an exciting milestone for the project.

★ Construction commenced on sites across the country including at Inverlair Avenue for Cala Group Limited, Paolozzi Place in Leith for C~urb and Cruden Group, and Fraser Avenue, Inverkeithing for Campion Homes and Fife Council.

★ Planning applications aplenty, including consent for Edmonstone Phase 5 and submissions for a new purpose-built student accommodation scheme on Russell Road, Edinburgh and the retrofit of Granton Lighthouse for the The City of Edinburgh Council.

★ And finally, our fantastic team rounded off the year with a well-deserved Christmas Lunch!

There’s much more underway that we look forward to sharing in the year ahead, including moving forward to the construction of 525 Ferry Road for Artisan real Estate, apartments for Native Land at St Mary’s Wharf in Guildford and the Glasgow Caledonian University campus masterplan.
