We were pleased to be on site this week at Rowanbank Gardens with Cruden Building East to see installation of the prefabricated, light-gauge wall panels progressing well.

The project, carried out for Artisan Real Estate provides 126 new homes on a brownfield site in Corstorphine, Edinburgh, including 25% affordable, across a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The new homes are designed for flexible, family living and are arranged around a shared courtyard garden which has been designed in collaboration with Rankinfraser Landscape Architecture.

The courtyard is intended as the heart of this new, liveable place and has been designed to support a sense of community and promote well-being.
