Planning permission for our Westfield development scheme was granted today by way of a unanimous planning committee decision.

The Westfield Avenue proposals are for 193 new affordable homes for Dunedin Canmore Housing Association and 10,000sq/ft of small business space. Construction is anticipated to start this summer with Hart Builders who are aiming for completion in 2011.
