The David Stow building within the grounds of our wider Jordanhill development with Cala Group Limited is Category B listed and served as a teacher training college from 1921.

Acting as the majestic main building on the campus, 7N’s challenge was to reconfigure the complex historic fabric in a way that preserved the rich history of the building and prepared it for a vibrant future.

Designed to accommodate 64 apartments, the development will bring high-quality homes to a growing neighbourhood, preserving history and providing purpose.
