New Eidyn is a new community of 152 homes sitting within expansive resident’s gardens, providing unparalleled panoramic views over the skyline of Edinburgh, and the Firth. The three distinct pavilion buildings sit aloft St James Quarter, one of the largest mixed-use regeneration projects in UK, with a total investment value in excess of £1 billion.

Each of the 152 homes has been designed to feel authentically of Edinburgh, with apartment layouts conceived as a suite of spaces arranged to maximise expansive views over the city’s skyline.

A considered palette of tactile, natural materials – synonymous with the character of the city - have been carefully arranged to create a sequence of spaces that enhance the experience of everyday life.

7N Architects are leading the residential fit out, working with internationally recognised residential and mixed-use development managers Native Land, on behalf of Clients Nuveen Real Estate and their development partner Queensberry Properties.
