New Eidyn is a collection of 152 rooftop apartments sitting within expansive resident’s gardens, providing unparalleled panoramic views over the skyline of Edinburgh, and the Firth of Forth. The three distinct pavilion buildings sit aloft St James Quarter, one of the largest mixed-use regeneration projects in UK.

Each of the apartments has been designed to feel authentically of Edinburgh, with apartment layouts conceived as a suite of spaces arranged to maximise expansive views over the city’s skyline.

A considered palette of tactile, natural materials – synonymous with the character of the city - have been carefully composed to create a sequence of spaces that enhance the experience of everyday life.

7N led the design and fit-out of the residential development, working with internationally recognised residential and mixed-use development managers Native Land, on behalf of Clients Nuveen Real Estate and their development partner Queensberry Properties.
